✔ Please send the payment slip to our whatsapp / Signal / Email to confirm your order.

✔ We only accept the payment slip/deposit slip with the bank number of Sun Imagine / the online payment confirmed page / the original copy of the payment receipt issued by Sun Imagine is accepted. If there is no confirmed payment slip, we cannot deliver the goods.

✔ The shipment will be notified by WhatsApp/Signal/Email after delivery.

✔ Please note that Sun Imagine is a brand distributor; if the item cannot be ordered, the total amount will be refunded.✔ The delivery date of the pre-ordered goods may be delayed, depending on the inventory.

✔ The item does not include postage. Sun Imagine will arrange the delivery service by SF Express or local delivery service in Hong Kong. The company will first ensure that the goods are appropriately dispatched. However, if there is any deterioration, damage or loss during the mailing process, the company will not compensate.✔ Please note that Sun Imagine does not accept returns or refunds for any reason.

✔ If the customer ordered the goods and did not pick up the goods within one month after the arrival of the goods, the order will be returned to the warehouse, and the order will be automatically cancelled. No further delivery and refund will be made.
